## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in silicon bring-up, validation, debug, or productization
- Deep fundamentals in digital design, microarchitecture, timing, clocking, power, noise, and control systems
- Hands-on lab proficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers
- Strong programming and scripting in Python and C/C++
- Experience building lab automation or test infrastructure adopted across teams
- Proficiency using AI tools for silicon validation, log analysis, regression data evaluation, or debug triage

## Nice to have

- Hands-on GPU or SoC bring-up experience
- Experience crafting or scaling in-system test and DFT features with fault model and DPPM knowledge
- Examples of redesigning team debug workflows that improved bring-up velocity or quality
- Hardware proof of crafting such as debug infrastructure or characterization methodologies adopted across programs
