- Component obsolescence tools and methods experience
- End-of-life management, COTS, and counterfeit parts experience
- EDM and Parts Management practices setup experience
- EEE parts qualification and screening knowledge
- JEDEC, EIA, IPC standards knowledge
- Military, NASA, and ESA standards knowledge
- Electronic Component Management Plan knowledge
- Space design requirements and processes knowledge
- PCB CAD design knowledge for various assurance levels
- High-density interconnects and high-frequency electronics knowledge
- Passive and active electronic components knowledge
- Configuration management and requirements traceability knowledge
