## Required

- 10+ years logistics and supply chain leadership experience
- 4+ years in Director-level or equivalent role in product shipping industry
- Omnichannel logistics expertise across at least two of: Retail/wholesale, D2C eCommerce, Commercial/B2B
- Demonstrated track record improving on-time delivery performance
- Direct logistics P&L or budget ownership experience
- Hands-on experience with WMS, TMS, OMS, or ERP implementations
- Deep retail compliance knowledge including routing guides, EDI, chargeback disputes
- Executive-level communication and influence skills
- Experience leading and scaling logistics teams through rapid growth

## Nice to have

- Exposure to international or cross-border logistics in North America (Canada and/or LATAM)
