- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years technical experience, preferably in space operations
- Understanding of RF communications systems from first principles
- Familiarity with aerospace and space industry communications technology
- Experience developing and validating RF link budget models
- Knowledge of noise and linearity parameters for RF systems
- Proficiency with RF and electrical test equipment
- Ability to develop design documentation
- Team cooperation and leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Multi-tasking in fast-paced startup environment
- Self-starter who manages complex projects independently
- US Citizen

## Nice to have

- Experience with avionics and antenna installation, testing and maintenance
- Understanding of radiation effects on electronics
