## Required

- Lift and carry 35–50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude independently and in teams
- Use basic math accurately (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal training
- Speak, read, and understand English at a level sufficient for safety and policies
- Follow all safety policies and procedures

## Nice to have

- Operate powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, forklifts) for Warehouse Worker role
- Work at heights up to 40 ft on a mezzanine for Warehouse Worker role
- Work in temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for Food Distribution Center locations
