## Required

- 10+ years in product management, technical program management, or systems leadership in finance, treasury, or fintech
- Deep treasury domain knowledge including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity, or payment workflows
- Owned architecture and platform decisions for internal finance or data platforms across multiple systems
- Shipped internal platforms or finance systems with an engineering team
- Led complex system design and infrastructure programs with comfort owning cross-system architecture decisions
- Led a system implementation or material internal build from design through go-live
- Strong stakeholder management across Treasury, Finance, Engineering, Audit, Compliance, and vendors
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to run steering meetings and present to executives

## Nice to have

- Direct experience with treasury management systems as owner, administrator, or implementer
- Experience integrating with banking APIs or payment rails
- Experience with cash pooling, intercompany funding, or multi-entity treasury operations
- Designed or oversaw finance data infrastructure at program level
- High-growth technology company experience
- Built or product-managed AI/LLM-assisted workflows or Claude-powered automation
- CTP, CFA, or comparable treasury or finance credential
