- Experience tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule in manufacturing
- Knowledge of machine shop tools and equipment
- Understanding of GMP and aerospace regulatory guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
- Ability to collect, analyze data and identify process improvements
- Proficiency with computer systems and enterprise software
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Daily lifting up to 30 lbs
- U.S. citizenship, legal permanent resident status, or export authorization for aerospace work
