- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship experience
- Advanced knowledge of programming or scripting languages and enterprise integration techniques
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

## Nice to have

- Deep expertise in Fusion Order Management, Fusion Subscription, and RMCS
- Strong familiarity with Oracle EBS modules including Service Contracts, Pricing, Inventory, and Shipping
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash business processes and recurring revenue lifecycles
