## Required

- 10–12 years of executive communications experience
- 3+ years of people management
- Experience in pre-IPO communications
- Ability to provide and incorporate feedback collaboratively with executives
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to distill complex topics into simple narratives
- Experience as communications business partner or trusted advisor to senior leaders

## Nice to have

- Background in policy and regulatory communications
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment
- Scrappy, creative problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort navigating organizational dynamics and building cross-level relationships
