- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years enterprise technology sales experience
- Proven experience selling Oracle SaaS solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM), OCI, or managed services
- Demonstrated success leading consultative, outcome-driven sales at executive level
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across sales, presales, delivery, and partners
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Experience in cloud transformation, application modernization, managed services, or digital transformation sales
- Track record co-selling with Oracle field leadership or global system integrators
- Deep familiarity with enterprise buying centers in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT
- Experience shaping client transformation roadmaps and long-term strategic programs
