- Knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier governance, and risk management
- Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze spend and quantify procurement value
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

## Nice to have

- Master's degree
- Professional certifications such as CPSM or PMP
- Experience with enterprise procurement platforms and analytics tools
- SAP experience
- Media & Entertainment industry experience
