- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 7+ years pharma industry experience, OR Master's degree with 10+ years experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience
- Deep technical expertise in analytical control strategy development and execution
- Demonstrated mentoring and talent development ability
- Experience designing, executing and directing development of release, characterization and stability assays for clinical materials
- Strong technical problem solving ability
- Ability to author and review technical reports and regulatory filings (IND, BLA)
- Experience with matrix management and peer coaching
- Ability to deliver complex objectives under aggressive timelines

## Nice to have

- Hands-on method development experience in LC, GC or other chromatography techniques
- Experience with mass spectrometry or dissolution analysis
- Experience developing and characterizing small molecules, large molecules, mRNA, or antibody drug conjugates
- Established scientific reputation with publications and external presentations
- Experience in high-throughput or data-rich experimentation
