- Hands-on experience diagnosing and remediating deliverability issues for bulk senders
- Fluency with Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft 2024+ bulk-sender requirements
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical marketers
- Player-coach mindset ready to do hands-on work and build processes
