- 7+ years as Microsoft Power Platform administrator and developer in enterprise
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions integrating multiple Microsoft and enterprise systems
- Design and deliver AI-driven automation solutions
- Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs or MCP servers
- Strong troubleshooting for production-grade AI and automations

## Nice to have

- UiPath development or administration experience
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, GxP, SOX)
- Scripting with PowerShell or Python
- Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-200, PL-100, or Copilot Studio certifications)
- Strong communication and experience supporting distributed teams from a centralized CoE
