- Silicon process technology expertise

- Front-end design flow proficiency
- Micro-architecture and unit partitioning knowledge
- Design verification techniques and tools proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication

## Nice to have

- MSEE or MSCE degree
- Successful GPU ASIC project implementation track record
