## Required

- Proven product management track record building and scaling AI managed services from scratch
- First-hand experience with inference, tuning, reinforcement learning and agent sandboxes
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and trends
- Experience managing and launching technical products for AI-native and enterprise customers
- Proven experience building, leading and mentoring product management teams
- Ability to set vision, make decisions with incomplete information, and guide cross-functional teams to revenue and margin goals
- Analytical rigor interpreting market, customer and production data
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business outcomes

## Nice to have

- Experience leading a technical customer-facing team or operating an AI managed service from the customer side
- Engineering background prior to product management
- Experience with open model ecosystems and enterprise fine-tuning and inference optimization workflows
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean product management methodologies
- Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product management
