## Summary

OfferUp is seeking a hands-on Principal Product Designer to translate their brand vision into a more distinctive, locally relevant product experience across their mobile marketplace. ## Required

- Significant experience designing consumer mobile products at scale
- Portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and visual judgment
- Ability to translate brand or product strategy into end-to-end digital experience
- Fluency in experimentation and behavioral metrics
- Experience creating or evolving product design systems
- Executive communication skills to influence senior leaders
- Hands-on design work, not direction-only
- Experience as Principal Designer, Design Director, or equivalent role

## Nice to have

- Experience improving discovery, marketplace, commerce, social, community or local products
- Fluency in qualitative research methods
- Experience navigating established products with legacy behavior and technical constraints
