## Required

- Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
- Hands-on experience using and designing warehouse management and inventory management systems
- Comfort analyzing inventory and shipment data in spreadsheets
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and carriers
- Working knowledge of domestic freight types and associated documentation
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build processes from scratch and maintain reliability at scale
- Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US

## Nice to have

- Experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware including servers, GPUs, accelerators, and networking equipment
- Experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and export control requirements such as EAR
- Experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and data-bearing device sanitization or destruction
- Experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor
- Familiarity with how inventory data flows between ERP and procurement systems
- Experience with Agile development and frontier AI tools
- Experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts in cloud, telecom, or other hardware-intensive industries
