- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 5+ years integrating or testing complex electro-mechanical or fluid systems
- Technical writing and documentation experience
- CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)
- Lifecycle management tools experience
- Strong written and verbal communication

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Instrumentation, control, and data acquisition experience
- Environmental testing experience (Shock, Vibration, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic)
- Aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicle industry experience
- Safety, Quality, ESD, and FOD compliance experience
- Cleanroom environment experience
- Third-party test house collaboration experience
- Engineered lifting and handling operations experience
- Shop skills (3D printing, mill and lathe operation)
