## Required

- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with SAP CPI, SAP BTP, SAP CAP, or SAP Fiori/UI5
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space nationality

## Nice to have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions including SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API technologies
- SAP certifications such as Certified Development Associate
