- Drive engineering processes, organizational standards, and delivery frameworks across distributed teams
- Build scalable embedded software platforms for safety-critical autonomous systems
- Direct cross-functional execution with hardware, systems, integration, and validation teams
- Manage incident response, root-cause investigations, and compliance activities

## Nice to have

- Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry

- Background leading embedded Linux or middleware platform organizations
- Knowledge of hardware abstraction layers and bootloader implementations
