- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to pass food safety training and maintain compliance
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Sense of urgency in task completion
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and follow through
- Cashier trained and able to count currency
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with assistance and frequently up to 20 lbs. independently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

## Nice to have

- 1 year of experience in grocery, retail, or receiving environment
- Natural foods industry background
- 1 year of experience supervising others
