## Summary

Campbell's is seeking an Automation Developer to design and build enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure AI technologies. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development who wants to work on AI-driven solutions that improve business processes while collaborating across technical and business teams.

## Required

- 4+ years designing and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience building enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and LLM technologies
- Ability to develop applications, workflows, copilots, agents, and integrations using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, APIs, and connectors
- Knowledge of AI concepts including prompt engineering, grounding, agent design, and responsible AI
- Experience supporting complex enterprise solutions in Tier 3 support environment
- Understanding of Power Platform and Copilot governance, security, compliance, and environment administration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience evaluating emerging AI and automation technologies
- Agile delivery environment experience and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience optimizing platform consumption, licensing, and solution design
- Experience working with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 data sources

## Nice to have

- Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Claude, and related AI technologies
- Power App and Flow design and deployment experience
- Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or Python
- Dataverse, custom connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations expertise
- AI solution architecture, agent orchestration, RAG patterns, and AI lifecycle management familiarity
- Entra ID, identity management, and modern software delivery practices knowledge
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot, or Azure
