- Professional experience with low observable materials, integration, design, manufacturing, and test
- Demonstrated use of computational electromagnetic solvers for RCS prediction and optimization
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles and scattering phenomena
- Proven track record supporting fabrication and testing of LO components with model correlation
- Proficiency in RCS and EM test data processing, calibration, and analysis
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship to obtain Special Program Access

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant discipline
- Past experience with RCS pole models and range testing
- Experience with material characterization techniques
- Knowledge of LO material application and nondestructive inspection methods
- Familiarity with CAD tools integrated with CEM workflows
