- End-to-end enterprise architecture expertise across business, application, data, integration, AI, and digital domains
- Experience influencing CIO-level executives on technology strategy and investment decisions
- Cloud platforms, modern integration patterns, data platforms, and AI capabilities knowledge
- Insurance regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements knowledge
- Team leadership experience with architects
