## Required

- 10+ years in executive communications, speech writing, journalism, strategic communications, or related roles
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in high-profile communications
- Outstanding writing and editing skills with ability to absorb a leader's voice quickly
- Strong judgment synthesizing fast-changing inputs into clear executive messaging
- Excellent collaboration and executive presence across functions
- Ability to work calmly in fast-paced environment, prioritize ruthlessly, handle sensitive information
- On-site availability at Santa Clara HQ with occasional travel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or globally visible executive
- Background in AI, semiconductors, enterprise technology, public policy, or financial communications
- Strong live-event staffing experience including keynotes, interviews, and executive travel
- Experience building scalable communications processes and team systems
- Thoughtful use of AI tools to improve research and workflow
