## Required

- Stage materials for approximately 4 hours of production
- Identify part shortages in advance
- Understand and use the Kanban system
- Control inventory in manufacturing
- Prevent damages to tow motors
- Be knowledgeable of inventory levels
- Evaluate color
- Follow safety rules and job rotations per company handbook
- Report unsafe conditions and acts
- Participate in safety committees and audits
