- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, mathematics, physics, and materials
- Proficiency with office software and productivity tools
- U.S. citizenship

- Agile PLM data management system experience
- MIL-HDBK-61A or EIA-649-B standards knowledge
- RF, digital, and communications electronics design experience
- PCB assembly troubleshooting
