- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar field
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing or test engineering experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Methodology experience
- Electro-mechanical manufacturing and drawing knowledge
- Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency
- U.S. citizenship for ITAR compliance

- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Plastics manufacturing experience
- Composite layup experience
- Printed circuit board assembly experience
- Calibration and testing process experience
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis competency
