## Required

- 4+ years in instructional design, training, L&D, or training program management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Portfolio of instructional design, eLearning, graphic design, or video projects
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and graphic design principles
- Strong project management skills managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gather feedback, analyze data, and continuously improve solutions
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with learning management systems
- Occasional travel to field locations

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree or certificate in instructional design, graphic design, education, L&D, or related field
- Experience with Workday Learning or other enterprise LMS
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Background in videography, photography, graphic design, or multimedia production
- Training experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit field operations
