## Required

- 5+ years in healthcare, medical device, or digital health
- Degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health management, economics, or life sciences
- Understanding of hospital operations and healthcare organizational structures
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license
- ~50% travel within Austria and occasional international travel
- Ability to read and interpret clinical studies and medical evidence

## Nice to have

- Strong digital health interest and digital literacy
- Foundational cardiology knowledge, ideally with arrhythmia expertise
- Experience with heart failure management including cross-sector care, early detection, telemedicine, and coordination between primary care, hospitals, and specialist centers
