## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience
- Shipped production Android features using Kotlin
- Owned well-defined components or services within a mobile application
- Understanding of Android fundamentals including lifecycle, Compose layouts, navigation, networking, threading, and performance
- Experience with code reviews, testing, and version control
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems and ability to safely integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions

## Nice to have

- Proficient in Kotlin for modern Android development
- Experience with Jetpack Compose for building scalable UIs
- Knowledge of mobile design patterns and Android architectures like MVVM or MVI
- Track record of improving performance, reliability, and observability using metrics and experimentation
- Contributed to or influenced mobile application technical design including system design and GraphQL API contracts
- Demonstrated operational excellence including monitoring, alerting, on-call participation, and incident learnings
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven tools in development workflows or mobile product features
