- Strategic or operational leadership experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or management consulting
- Understanding of global payments ecosystem, issuing models, and cross-border payment innovations
- Ability to solve complex business problems across product, regulatory, and operational dimensions in multiple jurisdictions
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, legal, regulatory, risk, compliance, and finance teams
- Ability to establish accountability structures and drive execution in matrix organizations
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
