- North American distribution network experience with multiple sites and lease management
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
- International team leadership across time zones and cultures
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or related field

- MBA
- Experience in asset-light, 3PL-only environments
- CPG or consumer goods company background
- Experience with both DTC and B2B fulfillment channels
