## Nice to have

- Healthcare or startup environment experience
- Familiarity with commercial, EAP, Medicare/Medicaid, and other insurance billing types
- Tech savviness and fluency with Google Suite, Salesforce, ZenDesk, AdvancedMD, or similar platforms
- Revenue cycle management expertise with focus on healthcare billing, payment posting, credit management, and knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid credit management
