## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Law, Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years combined experience in export controls and/or technical field like engineering or military intelligence
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, asylee, or refugee status
- Expert knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
- Knowledge of Commerce Control List and US Munitions List
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical compliance requirements
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

## Nice to have

- Experience with aerospace firm, defense contractor, or military organization
- Experience writing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures
- Experience with Technical Assistance Agreements, Warehouse Distribution Agreements, or Manufacturing License Agreements
- Aptitude for understanding complex commodities and technologies
