## Required

- 3+ years CNC operator or machinist experience
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings
- Mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving
- Physical capability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8+ hours daily
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Pass background check
- Participate in drug and alcohol program

## Nice to have

- Certificate in Machine Technology, Precision Machining, or CNC Operations
- Experience with shop machinery such as shear and brake press
- Laser and punch press experience
