## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of hands-on and supervisory experience in corporate events or broadcast
- Leadership and delegation in fast-paced environments
- Strong verbal and written communication with executives and stakeholders
- Vendor negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of live production systems (video, audio, lighting)
- US travel with occasional international trips
- Ability to work long hours, lift 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods
- Minimum four days per week on-site attendance

## Nice to have

- Experience with remote and multi-camera production
- Experience with IP and fiber transmission
- Live streaming experience
- Familiarity with post-production software and video editing
- Knowledge of live event safety protocols
