## Required

- 8+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years managing software engineering teams
- Experience managing engineers in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with focus on agentic applications
- High agency and ability to solve problems independently
- Execution in fast-paced environments
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and business audiences

## Nice to have

- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
- Background in enterprise security and compliance
