## Required

- One or more years of specialized industrial security experience at or equivalent to GS-12 level
- Overseeing industrial security guidance within NISP/Defense Industrial programs
- Conducting periodic security reviews and compliance oversight at contractor facilities
- Conducting and overseeing security violation investigations involving classified information loss or compromise
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reduce program and technology risk
- Mediating conflicts between stakeholders on security requirements
- Oral communication skills to present to senior executives
- Interpersonal skills and adaptive approach with diverse stakeholders
- Self-management and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Vulnerability assessment and threat analysis in counterintelligence context
- Problem-solving and sound judgment in complex situations
