## Required

- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or fast-growing consumer business
- Experience leading multiple locations and developing managers
- Strong operational, financial, and business acumen
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with ability to coach and lead through change
- Passion for hospitality and developing people
- Regular availability to travel between stores in market
- Ability to work 50 hours per week with 5 days availability including 2 peak days (typically weekend days)
