- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management or related technical field
- 12+ years of technical procurement and sourcing experience in Key Technologies category management
- Deep understanding of technologies in AI/ML, advanced analytics, robotics, automation, biotechnology, and data science
- Expertise in supplier evaluation, negotiations, contract management, and RFI/RFP sourcing events
- Technical understanding of components such as pumps, valves, motors, optical displays, storage devices, and digital interfaces
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

## Nice to have

- Global sourcing experience in computer sciences, motion control, or high-technology industries
- Medical device or medical diagnostics equipment manufacturing experience
- Experience working collaboratively across large organizations on spend pooling and joint negotiations
- Internal project experience with R&D, NPI, and Legal teams on intellectual property protection
