## Required

- Communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to reach data-supported conclusions
- Develop models, visualize data, or perform systems and comparative analyses
- Program in R, Python, or similar language, or use SAS/SPSS
- Use GIS and remote sensing tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Boundless Desktop GIS
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, GIS, Geography, or Natural Sciences; or 24+ semester hours in related quantitative fields with 3+ in coding/data analysis; or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 4 years

## Nice to have

- Work effectively in teams and build strategic relationships
- Deconstruct customer challenges and identify appropriate problem-solving techniques
- Experience with data mining tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Geospatial Intelligence or intelligence processes
- Expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, research design, sampling, clustering, data reduction, confidence intervals, or predictive modeling
- Experience optimizing business processes through Spatial Intelligence tool integration
