## Required

- 3-5+ years in EE or custom silicon sourcing/procurement
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience with Tier-1 silicon suppliers and OSAT partners in Asia, North America, or Europe
- Proven experience negotiating commercials and understanding should cost
- Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally

## Nice to have

- Master's degree
- Background in high-volume consumer electronics and CM/ODM/JDM manufacturing models
