## Required

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience establishing electrical system architecture and leading complex engineering efforts
- Experience with power generation, distribution, protection, or mission-critical infrastructure
- Experience applying engineering first principles to resolve technically ambiguous problems across multiple systems
- Experience providing technical leadership across full project lifecycle from requirements through operations
- Experience developing or influencing engineering standards and design practices
- Experience communicating technical decisions and tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders
- US background clearance for Cape Canaveral work

## Nice to have

- Experience with orbital launch, aerospace, utility, or mission-critical facility architecture
- Experience designing and commissioning medium to high-power electrical systems with redundancy and protection coordination
- Experience applying NFPA, military, or NASA requirements to electrical infrastructure
- Experience mentoring engineers across multiple electrical projects
