## Required

- 3+ years in automation engineering, test engineering, or combined software/QA role
- Experience designing automation workflows and orchestration scripts
- Proficiency in Python or another scripting language
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration or BPM tools like Camunda or Apache Airflow
- Ability to query and manipulate data in SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Test strategy design and test automation frameworks
- Telecom OSS concepts like FCAPS or TMF eTOM framework
- Network operations or service assurance process exposure
- REST API integration and event-driven messaging systems
- CI/CD pipeline experience with tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Linux development and debugging skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, telecommunications or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- NETCONF/YANG, SNMP, or TMF Open APIs knowledge
- OSS platforms, NMS/EMS systems, or network simulation tools experience
- Monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
