- Significant hands-on ownership of paid Search and Shopping for a scaled consumer business
- Deep expertise in Google Ads including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed management
- Track record managing meaningful acquisition budgets and scaling growth efficiently
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC, subscription, membership, or analytically complex consumer business
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in experimentation and attribution
- Ability to connect channel metrics to CAC, conversion, customer quality, retention, and LTV
- Customer intuition about search behavior, conversion psychology, and friction points
- Cross-functional communication and influence skills
