## Required

- 7+ years of legal experience in law firm or corporate setting
- Significant experience advising on advertising, marketing, promotions, and commercial transactions
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting consumer-facing or consumer packaged goods businesses
- In-house legal experience supporting marketing and brand organizations
