- Full-stack software engineering experience

- Understanding of product development phases from spike through prototype

## Nice to have

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and shipping applied AI products to consumers
- Track record of designing and building prototypes from the ground up
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Demonstrated curiosity for solving challenging engineering problems through open source, side projects, or prior research roles
