- 0–2 years of relevant academic or project experience in test development, lab, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with writing bug reports and root-cause analysis
- Basic understanding of debugging and troubleshooting
- Ability to estimate cost or development time
- General knowledge of mechanical/electrical design principles and test instrumentation
- Basic understanding of writing and executing test specifications
- Awareness of manual and automated testing methodologies
- U.S. person status for ITAR compliance

## Nice to have

- Interest or experience in RF, automation, production testing, or test engineering
- Experience with C# or LabVIEW
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
